- You request a refund within 14 days from the date of your original purchase.
- The purchase was made directly through our official website or authorized channels.
- You have not violated our Terms of Service.
- You have not previously received a refund for MaiNext under this policy.
While not required, we would appreciate it if you could share the reason for your refund request. Your feedback helps us improve MaiNext for future users. However, you are under no obligation to provide a reason.
4. How to Request a Refund

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund as soon as possible. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

- Abusive, defamatory, or malicious behavior towards our staff or other customers
- Spreading false information or misleading reviews
- Unauthorized resale, distribution, or promotion of competitor products
- Involvement in hacking, spamming, piracy, or illegal activities
- Security threats due to account compromise or unauthorized sharing
- Violation of our Terms of Service or any applicable law
In the event of account termination or suspension, you may not be eligible for a refund. Any refund eligibility will be determined at our sole discretion based on the circumstances of the termination.
