MaiNext is a product of Muyki Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Muyki"). The responsible legal entity for the operation of MaiNext and for this Refund Policy is Muyki.

At Muyki, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and experience. We want you to feel confident when subscribing to MaiNext. However, if for any reason our platform does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent refund policy.

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made through MaiNext. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please read it carefully before subscribing.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We are confident that you will love using MaiNext. If you are not fully satisfied with our Service, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

The 14-day period begins on the date of your initial subscription or purchase. This guarantee applies to your first subscription to a paid plan. If you have previously received a refund for MaiNext, you may not be eligible for another refund under this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You request a refund within 14 days from the date of your original purchase.
  • The purchase was made directly through our official website or authorized channels.
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service.
  • You have not previously received a refund for MaiNext under this policy.

While not required, we would appreciate it if you could share the reason for your refund request. Your feedback helps us improve MaiNext for future users. However, you are under no obligation to provide a reason.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a request through our Contact Page. Visit our contact form and select the refund request option, or send an email to hello@muyki.com.
  2. Provide the required information. Include your order ID or transaction reference, the email address associated with your account, and a brief description of your request. This helps us process your refund quickly.
  3. Wait for our response. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund according to the timelines described below.

We reserve the right to request additional information to verify your identity and purchase before processing a refund. Failure to provide such information may result in a delay or denial of your request.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund as soon as possible. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5–10 business days from the date we process the refund.
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days.
  • Other payment methods: Processing times may vary. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@muyki.com with your order details and we will investigate.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot refund to a different payment method or account. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired card), please contact us and we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

The refund amount will be the full amount paid for the subscription or purchase, minus any applicable taxes or fees that we are required to withhold by law.

7. Account Termination and Suspension

Muyki Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Abusive, defamatory, or malicious behavior towards our staff or other customers
  • Spreading false information or misleading reviews
  • Unauthorized resale, distribution, or promotion of competitor products
  • Involvement in hacking, spamming, piracy, or illegal activities
  • Security threats due to account compromise or unauthorized sharing
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or any applicable law

In the event of account termination or suspension, you may not be eligible for a refund. Any refund eligibility will be determined at our sole discretion based on the circumstances of the termination.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of MaiNext after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request a refund (if eligible) before the new policy takes effect.
